According to an article on Bloomberg news, attributed to Daniel Flatley, the US leadership is now talking. Marco Rubio, the presidential hopeful in 2016 said that, “it is my belief that it is long overdue for the United States and the free world to respond.” The Foreign Ministry in China urged the US to stop interfering with internal affairs Hong Kong. The US is suggesting that protesters are being arrested and tortured while China says their civil rights are respected.
