There are several ways to improve your brain power and before getting started it is important to note that just as you exercise your body, you can exercise your brain. 1st – you should work your memory, and do it every day. Flex your memory muscles by repeating dates and events. When you meet someone say, “Nice to meet you, George.” (as opposed to Nice to meet you….), 2. do something different repeatedly. Do many small tasks until you finish, 3. learn something new by trying a new language or new dance, 4. build a brain training program and stick to it, 5. work your body in the gym or outside and memory functions will improve, but commit at least 20 minutes to it each day, 6. spend time with loved ones as meaningful relationships will make you think more clearly, and 7. eat a healthy diet and always add chocolate as when eating chocolate your brain produces dopamine and it does have flavonols and other antioxidants to improve brain functions. And get sleep as rest is always a way to shut down the brain and give it a rest.
