Sen. Elizabeth Warren: Pace of Fundraising Slows

US 2020 Election and Democratic Governors Warn of Far Left Positions, Our Views

Sen. Elizabeth Warren told supporters in email that funds are flowing in, but at a slower pace in Q4 than previously. The $17 million in Q4 represents a 30% drop in the flow of funds into her campaign and this has some of her supporters worried. Her progressive agenda, which includes Medicare for All and a tax on the wealthy, has started to raise questions as some are calling her a Far Left candidate, clearly influenced by the new left wing of the party. Some even claim that the Socialists Agenda of the Democratic Party is growing and that some both Sanders and Warren have tapped into it on several core issues. Warren is sharing a stage with a mostly white group of candidates, leaving the diversity platform behind, causing confusion as it is not part of their core ideology.
