The brain can be rewired with a little exercise according to reports. You may not know but you have the ability to use a certain list of exercises that can create new neurons by performing these activities – some people are doing it every day. You can use crossword puzzles, play chess, or any activity that encourages thinking. Successful people tend to do exercises for 15 to 30 with visible results. Here in Asia, people write in complex characters, with some older Japanese, Koreans and Chinese practicing these characters daily to ensure longer lasting brain power.
Feed your mind with fresh new ideas every day is another example of how to rewire your brain. And start to think about the person you want to become, the person you want to be in the future. Practice being that person.
Focus on your long-term goals, your short-term goals build up and have a target for the future. Think of the next level, the exponential mindset and greater things that make you 10 times bigger. Your mind will always be ahead and anticipate what you will gain in the future if you stick to your game plan. Have a group of ideas and goals you want to achieve.
Finally take actions that support your path and goals. Put yourself on a path the the future and keep building until you hit the targets that you aspire to become. You will always keep moving forward with a plan and a future goal in six months or a year from now.
