Coronavirus: First Death Reported Outside of China

China Slowdown to 2 Percent - Over Next Decade

On Sunday the first death outside of China attributed to the China Coronavirus was reported in the Philippines, a man from Wuhan. This announcement is sending shockwaves as the 300 deaths until now have been concentrated in China and for the most part, in a specific province. Manila reported that the 44-year old Chinese man died on Saturday. The man suffered from severe pneumonia after being admitted to the hospital. Many feel that the sick are being under-reported in the Wuhan area of China, a concern is naturally rising that there is a disconnect between Beijing and the rural areas of the country with regards to handling information.
